Why no one ever seriously talks about impeaching Bush

While it seems obvious to anyone with any sense that the president should be impeached he seems to have a brilliant strategy regarding the possibility. He had to know that we would never impeach him being that we would then be stuck with Dick and even if we got rid of him as well it gets even worse as you travel down the list. We would have to get rid of pretty much the entire executive branch. While Mr. Bush is absolutely the worst president of all time could you imagine what those in line below him would do. Condoleezza is fourth and Donald is sixth.
