As I read this secession document from the civil war,I reaffirm my belief that those who fly a confederate flag are either willfully ignorant of what it symbolizes or are just unashamed racists. The confederacy and it's secession from the united states was about slavery and the weak arguments about taxation and states rights are complete bullshit. Sure it was about the states rights, to keep slaves, but the proud southerners (and northern rednecks) seldom mention that part of the argument.

Simply put, if you fly a confederate flag or wear a confederate flag, have a confederate flag bumper sticker or whatever else, You are an ignorant racist fuck and deserve no respect whatsoever.


P.S. Fuck South Carolina.
