Couple Pays $32,000 Fine With Dollar Bills
Frustrated by their experience with Temple Terrace code enforcement, D.J. and Susan Halligan paid a $32,000 lien in $1 bills. I wish I had thought of that. Many local codes are selectively enforced at best.
