Dogs and Tomatoes

My 5 year old entrepreneur made this sign and hung it on our porch.

You Can See Dogs and You Can Buy Tomatoes.

We expect to start raking in the dough soon.

Super Happy

So I haven't posted for some so here is a very Wil Wheaton like post as to why that is.

Right now my life is so incredibly awesome that sitting at a keyboard rambling on about some political irritation, goofy story or pointing you to someone else's site to look at something just isn't really that interesting to me. The internet and "cyberspace" or whatever, isn't nearly as swell as taking a walk, cooking a meal or just lying in a hammock with someone you love.

Here is a nice photo of a tree.

Save Net Radio

Once again th RIAA is determined to find a way to make the lives of music fans suck. The target once again is internet radio. Really it makes no sense, I go to Pandora or lastfm or many other online music stations and discover new music, which I them go purchase or maybe look for tickets to a show, the RIAA seems to think this is a bad idea . Why, who knows. Now is again the time to step up and be heard before it is too late. Don't let net radio go the way of traditional radio.

Ban Comic Sans

You know it when you see it ,usually on a cheesy poster, an invite to a school pitch-in or in an email FWD along with photos of kitties or yet another oh so original list. The time has come to end it once and for all.

Kurt is up in heaven now.

Kurt Vonnegut Jr. Died yesterday at 84. I remember seeing the tattered copy of Cat's Cradle on the shelf of books that for whatever reason were in the basement with my dad's other cool stuff. I later read that book after an interesting high school teacher assigned God bless you, Mr Rosewater . Vonnegut had a way of making you think about disturbing things without even knowing ,until it was too late.

Today it will all be

Busy, Busy, Busy
