How can the US ever expect the world to see us as liberating a people from tyrannical rule when the things we do are equal to if not worse than those done by the tyrant.

I have opinions about things. I tend to make run-on sentences, I justify that by claiming it's some beat author sort of thing. (it is not) If you are interested in what I think or are looking for something to argue with me about. This is a good place to find those things. Also, blogs are lame.

Oh here is a good one I just now saw Pat Robertson hocking the 700 club on TV and he said he will give you a book (when you join with your monetary contribution) that shows you how to be blessed so that god can lead you out of financial difficulty . He says by being obedient to the lord he will bring you monetary success and get you out of debt. This has to be a new low . SEND THE LORD SOME CASH AND HE WILL SHOW YOU THE WAY TO PROSPERITY. Just send check or money order to the 700 club and good ol Pat will put in a good word for you with the almighty. Did I mention that I think bringing back the colosseum and the lions might not be a bad idea at least for the loud obnoxious christians . Go see for yourself ther is even a video clip of Pat . These people really may be the worst.

If there were any people in the middle east who still liked us I am sure they have changed their minds .The scariest thing is that this evidence is most certainly nothing compared to the sort of things our government does that no one will ever find out about. I do not know why anyone is surprised being that technically the entire war is illegal in the eyes of the world community. Why would anyone think we would care about the rules now.Let someone torture one of our people and see what happens. Have a look at some of our people's disregard for human life and dignity.

I was driving past our city building and heard a prayer being said from its taxpayer paid for steps using taxpayer paid for electricity to power a taxpayer paid for microphone for the benefit of some people prostrating themselves to some deity ( the christian one it is the midwest after all).So I call the city and find out it is a celebration of national prayer day. Here is the letter to the editor I wrote rather than start up a resistance movement .
While driving past the city building today I saw a large group of people kneeling on the ground in front. Being naturally curious I circled around .As passed I heard someone from a podium saying a prayer. I was unfortunately not surprised to find, considering our governments blatant disregard for the constitution, that it was a celebration of national prayer day. It is absolutely unacceptable that our city government sponsors any religious activity. This is just the sort of behavior that leads to the condoning of the right wing imperialistic activities going on in our national government. A breakdown in the separation of church and state hurts everyone involved both the state (the people) and the church. The majority of people certainly do not want a religious group having control over their lives and the church absolutely doesn't want the government having an influence on their way. If we as a people allow this sort of thing to go on at the grass root level in our home towns how can we complain about the condition of our nation as a whole?

I often get a stupid song stuck in my head almost always a wonderfully awful hit like Eddie Murphy's Party all the time but today it seems to be Stacy Q's Two of hearts .I want you to think of the chorus and share my pain .Maybe we could all whistle a bit of it when you walk past a stranger spread it around.

Here is an interesting and scary story a friend of mine told me the other day .He worked for the polls during the last presidential election as the guy who goes to the polls and transports the ballots back to the headquarters where they count the votes. He and another guy would go around to the various schools etc. and collect a few ballot containers at a time to save on trips back and forth. Well as he was driving three or four ballot containers equaling thousands of votes he was listening to the radio . The radio station announces the election results for ohio. Not only have all the votes not been counted they are in the back of his truck and they haven't even picked them all up yet. Scary

So some woman wrote a response to my Letter I will post it tomorrow I am too lazy right now. As I write this there are some sort of civil defense or weathher sirens going off .I donnt know what they mean so I cannot see how they are very effective at anything but waking up people for no apparent reason.
Here is a copy of my recent letter to the editor in the local paper I am waiting for the church bus to show up to save me or stone me I am not certain which.
It seems it may be time to change the name of the editorial page in this paper to "Christian Viewpoints", nearly every day there is as least one letter or story printed professing views that take Christian opinion and biblical text as fact . The majority of the worlds population does not believe the stories in the Bible to be historical fact nor a code to live by . If the people of the world would make their decisions simply based compassion for other living beings rather than a selfish hope for reward at the end of this life because a book told them to we would surely live in a better world. If Jesus were alive today I am certain he would agree.
I will be sure to post respose letters as they come in.

I was looking at Yesterland ,a website about Disneyland (I have never been myself my family was more into zoos and museums and free things) and it seems that Disney has lost its way in the 50s and 60s there were all sort of cool attractions about space, pirates, cowboys and all sort of other stuff. Now it seems it is all about here are some rides that relate to movies and lame videos we made and the merchandise you should buy to go along with it.

I have been meaning to write about DJ Danger Mouse's Grey album the mix of JayZ's Black album and The Beatles White Album .I was excited to hear it even though I am not a Jay Z fan well I have to say I was disappointed .Maybe it is because I don't like jay z much but really it isn't very good at all and DJ danger Mouse could have matched Jay's flow a little better .Now I see another DJ has mixed with Metallicas Black album hmmmm we will see this act and its distribution will surely cause Lars to get all worked up again and that is always good as he was onne of the loudest mouths helping to spoil the party in the first place.

The cough medicine I recently bought has this warning : Ask a doctor before use if you have a cough that occurs with too much phlegm (mucus). Now this gets me thinking, how much phlegm is too much and who decides what is an appropriate amount . Is there a council on phlegm amount standards or is this a personal decision . This will surely need further research.

So I am at the office Max and I am getting some CDRs when this aspiring rapper or whatever and his sidekick are loudly looking for some music cdrs making certain everyone knew what they were shopping for .Being the swell and friendly guy I am I feel the need to help these guys out and give them the wisdom that they are getting ripped off if they buy "Music Cdrs" as there really isn't any difference inn them and good quality regular media .So rather than thank me and but what they want anyway or actually try the regular kind they have to argue their point of view that there is a difference and they know . Maybe they thought I was from the mess up rap music secret society who tricks rappers into buying inferior media by praying on the budget concsious mind of the struggling artist . It made me think why would I want to help some random idiot out in the first place. Or perhaps I was using this innocent bystander in my subconscious war against big business. Maybe I wanted to make them look stupid for being loud and stupid.Oh well who cares anyway.

It certainly hhas been a while since a post oh well . Went to Detroit to visit family and deliver the ford Fiesta I sold to Karens uncle. The plan was for me to drive it up .I put a fresh battery in it the night before, I was a little concerned as it had never ran quite right . Thr orange beast had never wanted to rev past 3000 rpm severely restricting acceleration .I took off the air cleaner as an afterthought and zoooooooom the car was like a mini rocket it spun the tires in second. I began to think i should keep it . We got all ready for adventure two way radios and all headed out got about 40 miles and the car said ....no. It just sputtered and quit I figured it must be the fuel pump and with a two year old and increasingly more irritated wife we just went to the only truck place and plunked down 3 bills for a big truck and a car trailer to take the thing on up .Of course the car fired right up and i drove it onto the trailer . the drive went fine from there on and the new owner was excited about the non running car (he later bought a $21 ignition module annd all is well) .Audrey had bug 2 year old fun giving Grandma Froody a hard time and tested out her skills at getting what she wants at any cost be it whining crying or looking cute they all work in their own way. I now have only one car and can begin the garage area clean up . It is amazing how much trach and junk a person will pile up behind a fence. After I write this stuff I wonder why anyone would read it,nnot that i care either way.

OK First of all I want to make it clear that I abhor fowards ,that email clogging phenomena, however I just read one that is pretty funny so I am putting it here for your enjoyment.
This test only has one question, but it’s a very important one.
Please don’t answer it without giving it some serious thought. By giving an honest answer you will be able to test where you stand morally. The test features an unlikely, completely fictional situation, where you will have to make a decision one way or the other. Remember that your answer needs to be honest, yet spontaneous. Please scroll down slowly and consider each line - this is important for the test to work accurately.
You’re in Florida ... In Miami, to be exact. There is great chaos going on around you, caused by a hurricane and severe floods. There are huge masses of water all over you. You are a CNN photographer and you are in the middle of this great disaster. The situation is nearly hopeless.
You’re trying to shoot very impressive photos. There are houses and people floating around you, disappearing into the water. Nature is showing all its destructive power and is ripping everything away with it.
Suddenly you see a man in the water – he is fighting for his life, trying not to be taken away by the masses of water and mud. You move closer. Somehow the man looks familiar.
Suddenly you know who it is - it’s George W. Bush!
At the same time you notice that the raging waters are about to take him away, forever. You have two options. You can save him or you can take the best photo of your life. So you can save the life of George W. Bush, or you can shoot a Pulitzer Prize winning photo, a unique photo displaying the death of one of the world’s most powerful men.
And here’s the question (please give an honest answer):
Would you select colour film, or rather go with the simplicity of classic black and white?
